Step by step process for our valet trash service
How It Works:
Big Elephant Valet Trash only hires professional, background checked and fully insured W2 employees. We don't send guys from craigslist with an old pickup truck to your properties. Only uniformed, back ground checked employees service the properties.
- We supply lightweight, leak resident 13 gallon trash cans to each resident once the service contract begins.
- At the communities designated service time (usually Sun-Thursday before 7PM) the residences simply leave their secured trash bag and container outside their doors.
- Once the residents place their containers outside their doors; one of our professional, highly trained uniformed service valets will pick up the trash (usually between 7PM-11:30PM) and place the collected trash into the onsite dumpster or compactor.
- All trash bags are collected in a shoulder harnessed, anti-drip collection container
- Areas around the dumpsters are swept clean of loose trash
